Sean Connery
Biography
Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 - October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award.
Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000).
Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama.
On October 31, 2020, it was announced that Connery had died at the age of 90.

He obtained a BA in law from Ain Shams University in 1964, and worked as a lawyer at the beginning of his career, then joined the National Theater after taking his own exams and refused to appoint his workforce in Port Said, and during this period he participated in many plays, including (Suleiman Al-Halabi Leila and Majnun, Zeer Salem). During the seventies of the twentieth century, he became a prominent star in romantic films, the most famous of which are (The Thin Thread, The Story of a Girl Name Marmar, Love and Pride, the bullet is still in my pocket). In the era of the nineties of the twentieth century and the beginning of the new millennium, his work increased dramatically in television, although he did not completely move away from cinema, and from his television works (Abu Hanifa al-Numan, Against the Current, Souk Al-Asr, Disobedience).

Edson Arantes do Nascimento (born 23 October 1940 – 29 December 2022), known as Pelé, was a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as a forward. Regarded as one of the greatest players of all time and labelled "the greatest" by FIFA, he was among the most successful and popular sports figures of the 20th century. In 1999 he was named Athlete of the Century by the International Olympic Committee and was included in the Time list of the 100 most important people of the 20th century. In 2000, Pelé was voted World Player of the Century by the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS), and was one of the two joint winners of the FIFA Player of the Century. His total of 1,279 goals in 1,363 games, which included friendlies, is recognised as a Guinness World Record.
Pelé began playing for Santos at age 15 and the Brazil national team at 16. During his international career, he won three FIFA World Cups: 1958, 1962 and 1970, the only player to do so. Pelé is the all-time leading goalscorer for Brazil with 77 goals in 92 games. At club level he is Santos' all-time top goalscorer with 643 goals from 659 games. In a golden era for Santos, he led the club to the 1962 and 1963 Copa Libertadores, and to the 1962 and 1963 Intercontinental Cup. Credited with connecting the phrase "The Beautiful Game" with football, Pelé's "electrifying play and penchant for spectacular goals" made him a star around the world, and his teams toured internationally in order to take full advantage of his popularity. During his playing days, Pelé was for a period the best-paid athlete in the world. Since retiring in 1977, Pelé has been a worldwide ambassador for football and has made many acting and commercial ventures. In 2010, he was named the Honorary President of the New York Cosmos.
Averaging almost a goal per game throughout his career, Pelé was adept at striking the ball with either foot in addition to anticipating his opponents' movements on the field. While predominantly a striker, he could also drop deep and take on a playmaking role, providing assists with his vision and passing ability, and he would also use his dribbling skills to go past opponents. In Brazil, he is hailed as a national hero for his accomplishments in football and for his outspoken support of policies that improve the social conditions of the poor. His emergence at the 1958 World Cup where he became the first black global sporting star was a source of inspiration. Throughout his career and in his retirement, Pelé received several individual and team awards for his performance in the field, his record-breaking achievements, and legacy in the sport.

Julie K. Smith (born August 18, 1967) is a German actress. She was the Penthouse Pet of the Month for February 1993.
Smith appeared in a number of mainstream Hollywood films and B-movies before settling into the world of softcore pornography. She had an early starring role in the 1987 sex comedy Pretty Smart, alongside Patricia Arquette, as a rich sexpot at a private school in Greece, but her other roles in mainstream films of the late 1980s and early 1990s (such as The Last Boy Scout and Disorderlies) were minor. She had an uncredited role in the 1976 Alan Parker film Bugsy Malone.
With her entry into softcore films came more leading roles. She became a staple of the softcore scene in the late 1990s, appearing in three episodes of Erotic Confessions in 1996-97, The Bare Wench Project series, and several Andy Sidaris films, such as L.E.T.H.A.L. Ladies: Return to Savage Beach.
Smith had a long-running professional relationship with director Jim Wynorski, having appeared in numerous films of his during the 1990s and 2000s. According to the documentary Popatopolis, Smith announced her retirement from acting in 2005, after the completion of The Witches of Breastwick. However, in 2007, she came out of retirement and resumed making films with Wynorski.

Antonina Jadwiga Siemaszko (born July 14, 1970) is an American actress, best known for her film roles in Little Noises (1991), The Saint of Fort Washington (1993), and for her role as Eleanor Bartlet in The West Wing (2001–2006).
Siemaszko was born in Chicago. Her father, Konstanty Siemaszko, was a Polish-born Roman Catholic, and a survivor of the Polish Underground and the Sachsenhausen concentration camp. He escaped to the United Kingdom where he met Nina's mother, Collette McAllister. One of her brothers is actor Casey Siemaszko. Her other brother, Corky, is a writer for the Daily News and a reporter at NBC News. She attended The Theatre School at DePaul University. She played an undercover cop in Reservoir Dogs featured in a scene that wound up on the cutting room floor ensuring that the work became a rare example of a film containing no dialogue delivered by an actress. It was released on DVD. She played Mia Farrow in the CBS miniseries Sinatra. She played the leading role in Wild Orchid II: Two Shades of Blue.

Xu Mengjie is a female pop singer, model, and actress from Mainland China. In 2015, Xu Mengjie officially joined the Bee Girls Team and became a beehive trainee. In 2018, Xu and two of LadyBees member were chosen to represent Zimei Tao Culture in the girl group survival show Produce 101 China. In the show's final episode, Xu took 11th place, making her included in the final debut line-up. That same day she successfully debuted as Rocket Girls 101 member and released the song Rocket Girls. Beth Orton (born Elizabeth Caroline Orton, 14 December 1970) is a BRIT Award–winning English singer-songwriter, known for her 'folktronica' sound, which mixes elements of folk and electronica. She was initially recognised for her collaborations with William Orbit and the Chemical Brothers in the mid 1990s. However, these were not Orton's first recordings, she had released a solo album, Superpinkymandy, in 1993. Since the album was only released in Japan, it went largely unnoticed by international audiences. Her second solo album, Trailer Park, garnered much critical acclaim in 1996. Orton developed a devoted audience with the release of the albums Central Reservation (1999) and the 2002 UK top 10 album, Daybreaker. In her 2006 release, Comfort of Strangers, she moved towards a more folk-based sound and away from the electronic sound of her past albums.
American films and television programmes such as Felicity, How to Deal, Charmed, Dawson's Creek, Vanilla Sky and Grey's Anatomy have featured her music and provided her with exposure to a more mainstream American audience.
