The next time, Nedoplyuev puts on a workman’s overalls. Very soon he is cured of his ailment, becomes healthy and energetic, eats enough for three and smokes only makhorka. Seeing that his wife has lost her appetite, Nedoplyuev makes her chop wood. The film ends with the slogan: "The ills of the bourgeoisie will vanish with Soviet medicine". An incomplete version of the film is housed in the Russian State Film Archive.
