Sean Connery

Biography

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 - October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. On October 31, 2020, it was announced that Connery had died at the age of 90.

Ivonne Balcuba is a 23-year-old aspiring filmmaker with an AB Communication degree at De La Salle University – Dasmariñas (DLSU-D). At the helm of her creative journey is her brainchild, IVOИNE Films. In October 2020, Ivonne introduced herself with "Kuya, Clara," a poignant quaranfilm that she both wrote and directed in collaboration with OИSCREEN Films and featured the talented performances of Ana Sirot and Jeffrey Ituriaga. Following this success, Ivonne return with her December 2020 drama release, "Kwentong Pelikula: Sam & Marco," which starred Lovelee Delima and Jioaquim Reyes. April 2022 saw the release of "Patior," Ivonne's third project co-written by and starring Jayson Ababa and Jannah Laureano. In December 2023, Ivonne took a major step with her fourth project, "Among Us." Starring Dexter Stephenson, Jannah Laureano, and Kate Cubcubin, "Among Us" became an official entry at the Imo International Film Festival (ImoIFF) 2023 in Nigeria and at the 2024 Lift Off Global Film Festival in United Kingdom. Simultaneously, Ivonne spearheaded "Project Milagrosa," a mockumentary film written by Pat Sarmiento and produced with Alas Tres Cuatro Production, which bagged seven major awards at DLSU-D's Gawad Tala 2023 including Best Story and Best Screenplay. In addition to her major projects, In the same year, Ivonne's filmography boasted short films such as "Third Eye" and "Captured”, the latter serving as DLSU-D’s official entry to IP Academy’s Festival of Stories. Natasha Rothwell (born October 18, 1980) is an American actress and writer. She worked on the HBO television series Insecure as a writer, series regular, and supervising producer. She went on to star in HBO's The White Lotus, which earned her a nomination for Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie. In September 2024, her original scripted show How to Die Alonedebuted on Hulu. It is a production of the Onyx Collective, a division of ABC Productions. Lindsay Hartley

Biography

Lindsay Hartley is an American actress, singer, writer, and now director. She was born Lindsay Nicole Korman in Palm Springs, California, and is of Ashkenazi Jewish (father) and Greek and Italian (mother) origin. Singing since age eleven, Hartley was a national pre-teen talent winner of the Young Miss America Beauty Pageant. At the age of 14 she landed her first professional role playing Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, at the Mc Callum Theatre in Palm Desert, California. At 16, Hartley and her family relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she graduated a year early from high school and headlined as the lead vocalist in the Las Vegas Sands Hotel afternoon show Viva Las Vegas. Shortly after attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Hartley had the great honor to move to New York City and perform on Broadway, in the hit musical Grease!. Hartley has won several national vocal competitions, including The Los Angeles Philharmonic's Award-Vocal/Opera, Hartley is most notably know for portraying the hopeless romantic Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald on the NBC soap opera Passions, from 1999-2008. In 2000, she was not only nominated for the Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Female Newcomer, she wrote the song Kiss Me for her character, which she performed that year on the show. In 2009, Soap Opera Digest announced that Hartley would join the cast of Days of Our Lives, another NBC soap opera, The following year, Hartley signed on to play the new character of Cara Castillo on All My Children. She was also cast as DC Comics character Mad Harriet during Smallville's tenth and final season. In 2013, Hartley once again played the role of Dr. Cara Castillo on the new All My Children being revived by Prospect Park. After landing her first lead in a movie entitled, Perfect on Paper, Hartley has joined the cast of Queens of Drama and couldn't be happier! Lindsay lives in Los Angeles with her daughter, Isabella Justice Hartley, who was born on July 3, 2004.

Per Kirkeby was a Danish painter, poet, filmmaker and sculptor. His works have been exhibited worldwide and are represented in many important public collections, including the Tate, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Museum of Modern Art, and the Centre Pompidou. Kirkeby became a member of the Danish Academy in 1982. In 1990 he received the Art Prize of NORD/LB, which is endowed for outstanding efforts in the subject of contemporary art. In 1996 he received the Coutts Contemporary Art Foundation Award and the Henrik Steffens Award. In 1997 he became a Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog and in 2003 he received the Herbert Boeckl Prize for his lifetime of work.

Mélissa Theuriau (born 18 July 1978) is a French journalist and news anchor for M6. She studied journalism and became a television news presenter. She is the former anchor and co-editor in chief of Zone interdite on French TV. Theuriau obtained a DUT in News-Communication from the Technical University (Institut universitaire de technologie, or IUT) Pierre Mendès-France in Grenoble, and later a master's degree in Audiovisual Journalism from the Institute of Communication and Media (ICM) at Échirolles. Theuriau was a reporter at Match TV in 2002. Since 2003, she has been a reporter and anchor for La Chaîne Info, where she became better known to the French general public. She made her breakthrough as a newscaster and travel show host for LCI, the news channel and for TF1. Her programs were LCI Matin (LCI Morning), the 6:40 news on LCI and TF1 from Monday to Thursday and the Voyages travel show on Wednesdays at 13:55 on LCI. In May 2006, she surprised the management of TF1 by refusing the offer to be the anchorwoman of the weekend evening news of TF1, as a summer replacement for sitting anchorwoman Claire Chazal. In June 2006, Métropole 6, another French television channel, announced her arrival for September as editor-in-chief and presenter of Zone Interdite ("Forbidden Zone"), a weekly magazine show featuring investigative reporting. Avner Eisenberg "Avner the Eccentric" (born August 26, 1948) is an American vaudeville performer, clown, mime, juggler, and sleight of hand magician. John Simon described him in 1984 as "A clown for the thinking man and the most exacting child." Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Avner went to four different universities with a variety of tentative majors; he ultimately received a theater degree from the University of Washington in 1971. He then studied mime in Paris under Jacques Lecoq, interrupting those studies to spend some time as a puppeteer. Returning to the U.S., he taught at Carlo Clementi's Dell'Arte International School of Physical Theatre in California. He performed at Renaissance fairs and on stages, before playing the title role in the 1985 film The Jewel of the Nile, a film that also featured his fellow vaudevillians The Flying Karamazov Brothers. In a review of that film, Janet Maslin singled out Avner for praise: "Avner Eisenberg very nearly steals the film…" Roger Ebert, on reviewing the film, also singled Eisenberg out as "a true comic discovery".
