Charles Haid
Biography
Charles Maurice Haid III (born June 2, 1943) is an American actor and director, with notable work in both movies and television. He is known for his portrayal of Officer Andy Renko in Hill Street Blues.
Haid was born in San Francisco, California, the son of Grace Marian (née Folger) and Charles Maurice Haid, Jr. He attended Carnegie Institute of Technology (now Carnegie Mellon University), where he met Steven Bochco. He was associate producer of the original stage production of Godspell in 1971, which was developed at CMU.
Haid's acting credits include the 1976/1977 police drama series Delvecchio as Sgt. Paul Schonski and the 1980s police drama series Hill Street Blues, as Officer Andy Renko, and as Dr. Mason Parrish in the 1980 movie Altered States. His directing credits include an episode of ER which earned him a Directors Guild Award, and DGA nominations for the TV-movie Buffalo Soldiers and an episode of NYPD Blue. He is a regular director on the FX series Nip/Tuck. He has also directed for the FX series Sons of Anarchy. He is a regular director for the CBS series Criminal Minds. He also portrayed serial killer Randall Garner (aka "The Fisher King") on Criminal Minds.
During a visit to New Zealand in the 1980s, Haid was interviewed for a television news program, and surprised many viewers when he discussed his Shakespearean background, and love of live stage work.
In 2004-2005 Haid played C. T. Finney, a corrupt New York police captain on the sixth season of the NBC show Third Watch.
Haid provided the voice of the one-legged rabbit "Lucky Jack" in the 2004 Disney animated film Home On The Range. Twenty years earlier, Haid voiced main character "Montgomery Moose" in the pilot episode of The Get Along Gang, produced by Nelvana. He was replaced by Sparky Marcus for the subsequent series.
Haid is a cousin of television talk show host Merv Griffin.

Nicolas Saada

Nicolas Saada (born September 5, 1965) is a French screenwriter, director, producer, and journalist. Saada is renowned for his radio show Nova fait son cinéma, dedicated to film music, which he hosted between 1993 and 2007 on Radio Nova in Paris. He was also program director for Arte's fiction unit between 1992 and 1998, alongside Pierre Chevalier, and worked on over a hundred television films. As a journalist for Cahiers du cinéma (1988-2000), he specialized for many years in American and Asian cinema. In 1999, he co-wrote his first screenplay for a film by Pierre Salvadori, Les Marchands de sable. This was followed by other collaborations with Arnaud Desplechin, among others. In 2004, he directed his first short film, Les Parallèles, which was nominated for a César Award for Best Short Film in 2005. Then in 2009, his first feature film, Spy(s), was released, nominated the same year for the Louis Delluc Prize for Best First Film and the following year for the César Award for Best First Film. In 2012, he shot the short film Aujourd'hui with Bérénice Bejo and, in a brief appearance, Frederick Wiseman. In 2015, his second feature film, Taj Mahal, shot in India and starring young actress Stacy Martin, was released. The film was selected for the Telluride, Venice, and Ghent Film Festivals.

Apichatpong Weerasethakul
Biography
Apichatpong Weerasethakul is a Thai independent film director, screenwriter, and film producer. His feature films include Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives, winner of the prestigious 2010 Cannes Film Festival Palme d’Or prize; Tropical Malady, which won a jury prize at the 2004 Cannes Film Festival; Blissfully Yours, which won the top prize in the Un Certain Regard program at the 2002 Cannes Film Festival; and Syndromes and a Century, which premiered at the 63rd Venice Film Festival and was the first Thai film to be entered in competition there. Working outside the strict confines of the Thai film studio system, Weerasethakul has directed several features and dozens of short films. Themes reflected in his films (frequently discussed in interviews) include dreams, nature, sexuality (including his own homosexuality), and Western perceptions of Thailand and Asia, and his films display a preference for unconventional narrative structures (like placing titles/credits at the middle of a film) and for working with non-actors.

Janet Aldrich (born Janet Wallerich; October 16, 1956 in Hinsdale, Illinois) is an American actress and singer known for her work on Broadway in musical theater and television.
Aldrich debuted on Broadway in 1982 in Annie. She won the 1986 Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Actress, Resident Musical, for her work in Forbidden Broadway as well as a Victoire de la Musique for her portrayal of Sally Bowles in Cabaret in Paris, France, in 1987. In 2017, Aldrich won the Outstanding Individual Performance Award for her portrayal of Sophie Tucker in the original musical Ben, Virginia & Me (The Liberace Musical) at the New York Musical Festival. She was nominated for a Connecticut Critics Choice Award for her work as Rose in Song of Singapore and a Philadelphia Inquirer Critics Choice Award for her portrayal of the Baker's Wife in Into The Woods in 1992.
Aldrich is the daughter of George and Frances Wallerich. She is married to Carlos Valdes-Dapena, with whom she has two children and two grandchildren and resides in West Orange, New Jersey.

Egyptian actress Sherifa Mahear was born in 1932 in the Cairo neighborhood, Helwan. Carolina Valdés
Biography
Carolina is a performer, writer and theatre maker. She trained at the Col.legi de Teatre in Barcelona and at the École Internationale de Théâtre de Jacques Lecoq in Paris, where she met Joseph Alford. She became Co-Artistic Director of ‘theatre O’ in 1999. She has co-created and performed in all of the company’s shows. She also has a BA Hons degree in Journalism from the Universitat Autònoma of Barcelona.
Aside from theatre O, she has worked extensively as an actor and Movement Director and done work in theatre, opera, film and television. Her longstanding collaborations include her work with Phyllida Lloyd in the Shakespeare Trilogy project, film maker Daria Martin, writer and theatre maker Jonathan Young, and composer Melanie Wilson.
Carolina has also an ongoing involvement in education and has taught throughout the years at the Central School of Speech and Drama, Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and Guildford Drama School amongst others.
Alongside this, she has performed for the past eight years with company ATT using drama to explore behaviour in the work place and for around 10 years she translated comic books and graphic novels from English and French into Spanish.
