Dinah Shore (born Frances Rose Shore; February 29, 1916 – February 24, 1994) was an American singer, actress, and television personality. She was most popular during the Big Band era of the 1940s and 1950s.
After failing singing auditions for the bands of Benny Goodman and both Jimmy Dorsey and his brother Tommy Dorsey, Shore struck out on her own to become the first singer of her era to achieve huge solo success. She had a string of 80 charted popular hits, lasting from 1940 into the late '50s, and after appearing in a handful of films went on to a four-decade career in American television, starring in her own music and variety shows in the '50s and '60s and hosting two talk shows in the '70s. TV Guide magazine ranked her at #16 on their list of the top fifty television stars of all time. Stylistically, Dinah Shore was compared to two singers who followed her in the mid-to-late '40s and early '50s, Doris Day and Patti Page.

Arthur "Art" Clokey (October 12, 1921 - January 8, 2010) was a pioneer in the popularization of stop motion clay animation, beginning in 1955 with a film experiment called Gumbasia, influenced by his professor, Slavko Vorkapich, at the University of Southern California.
From the Gumbasia project, Art Clokey and his wife Ruth invented Gumby. Since then Gumby and his horse Pokey have been a familiar presence on television, appearing in several series beginning with the Howdy Doody Show and later The Adventures of Gumby. The characters enjoyed a renewal of interest in the 1980s when American actor and comedian Eddie Murphy parodied Gumby in a skit on Saturday Night Live. In the 1990s Gumby: The Movie was released, sparking even more interest.
Clokey's second most famous production is the duo of Davey and Goliath, funded by the Lutheran Church in America.

Nick Stahl (born December 5, 1979) is an American actor. Starting out as a child actor, he gained recognition for his performance in the 1993 film The Man Without a Face and then embarked on a successful career as a child actor. He later transitioned into his adult career with roles in Bully, Sin City, In the Bedroom, the HBO series Carnivàle, and the film Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, in which he took over the role of John Connor, originally played by Edward Furlong. He also recently starred in the film Mirrors 2.

Aimee Lynn Graham (born September 20, 1971) is an American actress, and the younger sister of actress Heather Graham.
Graham was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of Joan, a schoolteacher and noted author of children's books, and James Graham, a retired FBI agent. She has appeared in many movies, such as 100 Girls, Jackie Brown, Fellowship of the Dice, in which she starred, and TV series such as CSI. She will star as Polly in the upcoming film Japan.

Sean Connery

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 - October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award.
Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000).
Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama.
On October 31, 2020, it was announced that Connery had died at the age of 90.

Mimi Mariani was a Belgian-Indonesian actress, model, and singer. She was born Troely Callebaut on June 8, 1928, in Malang, Dutch East Indies, to Petrus Fransiskus and Fien Callebaut. Her sister were Sri Murniati, an Indonesian actress whom was referred as the Kasma Booty of Indonesia. Her brother, Emile Callebaut, was an Indonesian director who was the father of actress Doris Callebaut. She began her career as a child actress by joined Bintang Soerabaja troupe, and later joined Warnasari troupe as a singer and actress. After the Indonesian National Revolution, she starred in her first film role, Inspektur Rachman (1950), and later starred in Rodrigo de Villa (1952). She made her lead role debut in Fred Young's musical film Lenggang Djakarta (1953), where she drew critics' attention and launched her as a rising star. That year, she starred in another three more films such as Machluk Raksasa (1953), Belenggu Masjarakat (1953), and Kassan (1953).
In 1954, Mariani made starred role in the first Indonesian superhero film, Sri Asih, which nicknamed her as the first Sri Asih. She later married her co-star, Turino Djunaedy, in 1955. She was most productive in that year, when she appeared in four more films: Rahasia Sukudomas (1954), Putri Gunung (1954), Djubah Hitam (1954), and Debu Revolusi (1954). She also starred in Oh, Ibuku (1955) and Ibu dan Putri (1955), a movie from Gadis Tiga Djaman series directed by Ali Yugo.
After Indonesian film industry crisis and her divorce from Djunaedy, Mariani left the industry and went to theatre. She returned to film in two years later, where she starred in Nina (1960) and Limapuluh Megaton (1961). Her two last film, a minor role in Cheque AA (1966) and B-29 (1968).
After her last marriage to Semiarto Suharto, founder of Titi Murni Pharmacy, she converted to Islam and changed her name to Sumiarto Suharto. In 1969, she was diagnosed with lymphoma which required her to underwent surgery twice. But due to the cancer already spreading to her spleen, the doctor forbid her from going through with the third operation, and she later went into bed rest for five months. She later slipped into coma and died at her house in Kebon Kelapa, Gambir, on May 1, 1971, at the age of 42. Her funeral was held at Karet Bivak Cemetery on the next day, and was attended by several film figures such as Fifi Young, Sofia W.D., W.D. Mochtar, S. Poniman, Aminah Banowati, and Wolly Sutinah.

Henry Jaglom is a London-born American film director and playwright.
Jaglom was born to a Jewish family in London, England, the son of Marie (née Stadthagen) and Simon M. Jaglom, who worked in the import-export business. His father was from a wealthy family from Russia and his mother was from Germany. They left for England because of the Nazi regime. Through his mother, he is a descendant of philosopher Moses Mendelssohn.
Jaglom trained with Lee Strasberg at the Actors Studio in New York, where he acted, wrote and directed off-Broadway theater and cabaret before settling in Hollywood in the late 1960s. Under contract to Columbia Pictures, Jaglom featured in such TV series as Gidget and The Flying Nun and acted in a number of films which included Boris Sagal's The Thousand Plane Raid (1969), Jack Nicholson's Drive, He Said (1971), Dennis Hopper's The Last Movie (1971), Orson Welles' never-completed The Other Side of the Wind and more.
Jaglom's transition from acting in films to creating them was largely influenced by his experience watching the Italian film 8½ (1963). “The film changed my identity. I realized that what I wanted to do was make films. Not only that, but I realized what I wanted to make films about: my own life, to some extent.”
Jaglom began his filmmaking career working with Nicholson on the editing of Hopper's Easy Rider (1969), and made his writing/directing debut with A Safe Place (1971), starring Tuesday Weld, Nicholson and Welles. His next film, Tracks (1976), starred Hopper and was one of the earliest movies to explore the psychological cost on America of the Vietnam War. His third film, the first to be a commercial success, was Sitting Ducks (1980), a comic romp.
Jaglom co-starred in four of his most personal films—Always, But Not Forever (1985), Someone to Love (1987) starring Orson Welles in his farewell film performance, New Year's Day (1989), which introduced David Duchovny, and Venice/Venice (1992) opposite French star Nelly Alard.
In 1983, Jaglom taped lunch conversations with Orson Welles at Los Angeles's Ma Maison. Edited transcripts of these sessions appear in Peter Biskind's book My Lunches With Orson: Conversations Between Henry Jaglom and Orson Welles (2013).
As a playwright, has written four plays that have been successfully performed on Los Angeles stages: The Waiting Room (1974), A Safe Place (2003), Always—But Not Forever (2007) and Just 45 Minutes from Broadway (2009/2010). Jaglom is the subject of the Henry Alex Rubin's and Jeremy Workman's documentary Who Is Henry Jaglom? (1997).

Sheila Escovedo (born December 12, 1957), known under the stage name Sheila E., is an American singer and drummer. She began her career in the mid-1970s as a percussionist for the George Duke Band. After separating from the group in 1983, Sheila began a solo career, starting with the release of her debut album in 1984, which included her biggest hit song, "The Glamorous Life". She also saw a hit with the single "A Love Bizarre". She is sometimes referred to as the "Queen of Percussion".

Thomas Campbell

Thomas Campbell (born c. 1969) is a California-based visual artist whose work has appeared on the Ugly Casanova album Sharpen Your Teeth and in Juxtapoz Magazine's September 2006 issue.
Beyond his paintings, Campbell is also a filmmaker, sculptor and photographer.
Thomas grew up surfing and skating in southern California before moving to New York in the 1980s, where he immersed himself in the skate/street art/punk/hip hop/hell-raising scene that rotated around the central axis of Alleged Gallery. In that setting he came to know and be associated with the artists that would go on to make up San Francisco's Mission School painters and the generation that would be at least loosely defined by the Beautiful Losers exhibition in 2004.
His first feature length surf film, The Seedling came out in 1999, his second release was a film called Sprout in 2004 and his third surf film is called The Present released in 2009.
Campbell is represented by the Roberts & Tilton Gallery in Los Angeles, California.
