Biography

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. Theodore James "TJ" Wilson, sometimes stylized as T.J. Wilson, is a Canadian professional wrestler, currently signed to WWE under the ring name Tyson Kidd. The final graduate of the Hart Dungeon, Wilson wrestled internationally in several promotions such as Stampede Wrestling in 1995 to 2007, where he won the Stampede International Tag Team Championship on two occasions with Bruce Hart and Juggernaut, the Stampede British Commonwealth Mid-Heavyweight Championship, andStampede North American Heavyweight Championship on two occasions. In 2004, Wilson competed in Prairie Wrestling Alliance where he won the PWA Tag Team Championship with Harry Smith, and the PWA Heavyweight Championship on two occasions. During this time, he also competed in New Japan Pro Wrestlingfrom 2002 to 2005, All Star Wrestling in 2005, and AWA Superstars of Wrestling from 2005 to 2006, where he won the AWA Pinnacle Heavyweight Championship. In 2006, he competed in Great Canadian Wrestling, where he won the GCW National Championship. In November 2006, Wilson signed a developmental contract with World Wrestling Entertainment, and was assigned to Deep South Wrestling (DSW), WWE's developmental territory in 2007. After DSW and WWE parted ways, Wilson was moved to Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), where he won the FCW Southern Heavyweight Championship, and the FCW Tag Team Championship with DH Smith. Prior to his debut on the main roster in 2009, Wilson formed the Hart Dynasty with David Hart Smith and Natalya, where they won the Unified Tag Team Championship in April 2010.

Eddie Colón

Biography

Edwin "Eddie" Carlos Colón is a Puerto Rican professional wrestler. He is currently signed by WWE wrestling as Primo. He is the son of Carlos Colón, Sr. and the younger brother of wrestlers Stacy and Carly Colón, better known as Carlito in WWE. He began wrestling in the World Wrestling Council, where he won the WWC Universal Heavyweight Championship five times, as well as numerous secondary and tertiary titles. In 2007, Colón signed a developmental contract with WWE, being assigned to Florida Championship Wrestling. In this promotion he was teamed with Eric Pérez, forming a tag team known as The Puerto Rican Nightmares. On February 23, 2008, they became the first wrestlers to hold the FCW Florida Tag Team Championship. Upon being promoted to the main brand, he was teamed with his brother. Subsequently, The Colóns became the first team to hold the WWE Tag Team Championship and World Tag Team Championship at the same time, making them the first Unified WWE Tag Team Champions.

Orlando Colón

Biography

Orlando Colón is a Puerto Rican professional wrestler. He began working in Hybrid Pro Wrestling, an independent circuit in Schoolcraft, Michigan. In 2006, Colón debuted in the World Wrestling Council, a promotion owned by his uncle, Carlos Colón. His cousins are Primo and former WWE wrestler, Carlito. While working with WWC, he had a brief participation in Pro Wrestling Zero1. In January 2010, Colón left the WWC after signing a development contract with WWE where he appears as Epico, where he was one-half of the WWE Tag Team Champions with his real-life cousin Primo. He also works for World Wrestling Council to train in his spare time.

Nelli Vladimirovna Uvarova (Russian: Не́лли Влади́мировна Ува́рова; born 14 March 1980) is a Russian theater and film actress. Nelli Uvarova was born in Mažeikiai, Lithuania to a Russian father and Armenian mother. Uvarova graduated from the All-Russian State University of Cinematography, one of the most prestigious universities throughout the film industry. In 1999, Nelly began to appear in the films, including the famous Boomer. Her debut film was Let’s fly directed by Anna Melikyan. For the role in this film Uvarova was awarded the main prize at the International Institute Film Festival. For the role in the short film On Demand the actress was awarded St. Anna prize. In 2001, Uvarova joined Russian Academic Youth Theatre, where she played many prominent roles. She played Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz and Natalie Herzen in the play The Coast of Utopia. However, a one man show Rules of Behavior in Modern Society, became one of her most striking works. For this role, she was awarded the prize of the international festival Rainbow and was also nominated for the Golden Mask award. The role of a charming ugly girl, (Katya) Yekaterina Pushkareva, in the TV series Not Born Beautiful (2005) became a real breakthrough in Nelly’s career and brought her national love and fame. During the broadcast of the series she had turned into a real star of Russian television. Uvarova played in TV series such as The First Circle (2006), Atlantida (TV series) (2007), Heavy Sand and feature films I Stay, M + F and some others. She played Natasha in Ex-Wife (Russian TV series) in 2013. Other television series she acted in include Tower: New People (2012). Ernst Georg af Klercker was a Swedish writer, actor, photographer and director. After being forced to take leave of the military he became an actor. Two years later in 1912 he directed his first film, "Två bröder/Two Brothers". The film was however banned for moral reasons. But Klercker was unstoppable. He made three other feature films during the same year. Ingmar Bergman has appointed Georg af Klercker the first master of filmmaking in Sweden. Not least for his ability to create that magic depth in his pictures.

Matheson Lang

From Wikipedia Matheson Alexander Lang (May 15, 1879 – April 11, 1948) was a Canadian-born stage and film actor and playwright in the early 20th century. He is best remembered for his performances roles in Great Britain in Shakespeare plays. In 1916, Lang became one of the first major theatre stars to act on film, as Shylock in The Merchant of Venice, with his wife as Portia. He went on to appear in over 30 films and was one of Britain's leading movie stars of the 1920s. Among his memorable roles were Guy Fawkes (1923), Matthias in The Wandering Jew (1923) (which also featured his wife as Judith), Henry IV in Henry, King of Navarre (1924), and Henry V in Royal Cavalcade (1935). Lang also wrote the plays Carnival (1919) and The Purple Mask (1920), both of which were produced on Broadway and made into films. Matheson Lang died in Bridgetown, Barbados. He was 68.

Zarah Leander (German pronunciation: [ˈt͡sa.ʁa leː.ˈʔan.dɐ]; 15 March 1907 – 23 June 1981) was a Swedish singer and actress whose greatest success was in Germany between 1936 and 1943, when she was contracted to work for the state-owned Universum Film AG (UFA). Although no exact record sales numbers exist, she was probably among Europe's best-selling recording artists in the years prior to 1945. Her involvement with UFA caused her films and lyrics to be identified as Nazi propaganda. Though she had taken no public political position and was dubbed an "Enemy of Germany" by Joseph Goebbels, she remained a controversial figure for the rest of her life. As a singer, Leander was known for her confident style and her deep contralto voice, and was also known as a "female baritone".
