Rebecca Blum

Biography

Rebecca Blum has performed in various genres of theatre on local stages for the past 20 years. In the past decade, her focus has been on the works of William Shakespeare, having performed in 16 of the Bard’s 39 plays (depending on how one counts them). She was 1/3 of an all-female cast of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) [revised] with Raleigh Little Theatre and Actors Comedy Lab. Her current bucket list includes performing in the remaining 23 Shakespeare plays and being a member of a live studio audience…not necessarily at the same time. Recently, she has begun to broaden her artistic endeavors to include film. She is currently building her resume with local short films and industrial work and enjoys collaborating with local artists on a variety of projects. You can also see her (as well as her husband and three daughters) in Bombshell Studio’s short film, Faces (Helene). She is a North Carolina native and a graduate of Meredith College’s theatre department. Most of her time is spent as General Manager of the Blum Household organizing the busy lives of her husband and their three amazing daughters. She is also the Artistic Director of the Nickel Shakespeare Girls (NickelShakespeareGirls.com), a unique traveling performance troupe, and an Associate Director for Bare Theatre (BareTheatre.org).

Andrew Lewis Prine (born February 14, 1936) is an American film, stage, and television actor. Prine was born in Jennings, Florida. After graduation from Miami Jackson High School in Miami, Prine made his acting debut three years later in an episode of United States Steel Hour. His next role was in the 1959 Broadway production of Thomas Wolfe's Look Homeward, Angel. Sean Connery

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 - October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. On October 31, 2020, it was announced that Connery had died at the age of 90.

Clémentine Célarié

Clémentine Célarié (born 12 October 1957) is a French actress, comedian, writer, director and singer. She was born as Meryem Célarié in Dakar in what was then the French colony of Senegal on 12 October 1957. After passing her Baccalaureate, she spent a year living in the United States. Back in France, she took acting lessons and became an actress. She has three sons, Abraham, Gustave and Balthazar. She lives in Aix-en-Provence. In 1994 Clémentine appeared on a TV show for Sidaction hosted by Christophe Dechavanne. In the show, Célarié shared a kiss with an HIV-positive man, to contribute to the fight against misconceptions about the virus. Gene Roth

Biography

Gene Roth (January 8, 1903 – July 19, 1976) was an American film actor. Born in Redfield, South Dakota, Roth was born Eugene Oliver Edgar Stutenroth. He appeared in over 250 films between 1922 and 1967. Roth is remembered for his portrayals of heavies and bad guys in Three Stooges short films such as Slaphappy Sleuths, Hot Stuff, Quiz Whizz, Outer Space Jitters and Pies and Guys. His most memorable role was as Russian spy Bortsch in Dunked in the Deep (1949), as well as its remake, Commotion on the Ocean (1956). His most famous line was his threat to Shemp Howard: "Give me dat fill-um!" ('fill-um' being 'film' with a Russian accent). Roth also starred in the 1953 Columbia Pictures serial The Lost Planet, as the dictator of the lost planet Ergro. He later made frequent television appearances including seven episodes of The Lone Ranger from 1949 to 1954. His Stooge film appearance was in The Three Stooges Meet Hercules. Roth was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in Los Angeles, California on July 19, 1976. Dariush Mehrjui

​From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.   Dariush Mehrjui (December 8, 1939 - October 14, 2023) also spelled as Mehrjui Mehrjoui, and Mehrjuyi, was an Iranian director, screenwriter, producer, and film editor. Mehrjui was a founding member of the Iranian New Wave movement of the early 1970s. His second film, The Cow, is considered to be the first film of this movement, which also included Masoud Kimiai and Nasser Taqvai. Most of his films are inspired by literature and adapted from Iranian and foreign novels and plays. On October 14, 2023, Mehrjui and his wife were found murdered in their home in the city of Karaj, near Tehran.

Summer H. Howell (born 22 May 2004) is a Canadian actress. She began her acting career at the age of 8 when she was cast as Alice in the horror film Curse of Chucky (2013) directed by Don Mancini. For this leading role, Summer was able to work closely with Fiona Dourif, Danielle Bisutti and Brennan Elliott and was nominated and won her first Joey acting award for her performance.
