Delroy Lindo

Biography

Delroy George Lindo (born 18 November 1952) is an English–American actor. He is the recipient of such accolades as an NAACP Image Award, a Satellite Award, and nominations for a Drama Desk Award, a Helen Hayes Award, a Tony Award, two Critics' Choice Television Awards, and three Screen Actors Guild Awards. He moved with his mother to San Francisco when he was 16 after they had left London and lived in Canada for a few years. Here, he completed his education and entered acting. Lindo has played prominent roles in four Spike Lee films: West Indian Archie in Malcolm X (1992), Woody Carmichael in Crooklyn (1994), Rodney Little in Clockers (1995), and Paul in Da 5 Bloods (2020). He has been praised for performing in Da 5 Bloods as a Vietnam War veteran, winning the New York Film Critics Circle Award for Best Actor and the National Society of Film Critics Award for Best Actor. Lindo also played Bo Catlett in Get Shorty (1995), Arthur Rose in The Cider House Rules (1999), and Detective Castlebeck in Gone in 60 Seconds (2000). Lindo starred as Alderman Ronin Gibbons in the TV series The Chicago Code (2011), as Winter in the series Believe (2014), and as Adrian Boseman in The Good Fight (2017–2021). Fernando Lindez is a Spanish model and actor. Fernando Lindez began his acting career in 2017 rather unusually when in between classes at school, he looked at his phone and saw a direct message from an agency asking him to come in and meet with them. A few months later, he made his runway debut during Madrid Fashion Week walking for Palomo Spain. His breakthrough moment came in January 2019 when he opened the Versace show. Lindez, who gave up golf and MMA to focus on modeling, has had a busy year since, opening DSquared2 and Dunhill and closing Prada’s Shanghai show and Jacquemus’ tenth-anniversary show set among the rolling lavender fields of Provence. He also walked in Virgil Abloh’s Place Dauphine takeover for Louis Vuitton in June 2019. He plans to return to school in the future for acting, and is currently playing the heartthrob Alejandro on the Spanish version of the hit Norwegian high school series Skam.

Georgi Rusev

Biography

Georgi Rusev was born on May 7, 1928 in village Kostenetz bathroom , Bulgaria. He is the son of a priest, a settler from Macedonia . In 1952 he graduated from National Academy for Theatre and Film Art, Sofia, Bulgaria with a degree in acting in the class of Professor Filip Filipov . He began his acting career at the Plovdiv Drama Theatre ; continued for several years in Sofia Youth Theatre and finally settled in Pernik Theater between 1966 and 1990. Since 1977 he had been a Chief Manager of the Pernik Drama Theatre "Bojan Danovski". Georgi Rusev was among the founders of the Little City Theatre "Off the Channel" in 1990. In recent years, he had taken roles in Theatre 199 , in the private theater "Alternative" and in the National Theatre . Besides the theater, Rusev played in the cinema. He debuted in 1966 in the movie " The beginning of a vacation ." His interest in the cinema ignited the scripts by Georgi Mishev . He had involved in many of the emblematic Bulgarian movies from the 1970th and 1980th . Unforgettable by their color are his roles (usually negative characters) in the movies "A Peasant on a Bicycle " and " Matriarchy ", directed by Lyudmil Kirkov; " Ladies Choice ", "Dangerous Charm ", and " Yesterday ", directed by Ivan Andonov; " The Hare Census ", directed by Eduard Sachariev; " Examinations at any time "," 13th bride of the prince ", directed by Ivanka Grybcheva. In 1977, he was awarded with the title " People's Artist "; in 2006 he was awarded with the honorary award " Asker " for Lifetime Achievement; in 2008 he was awarded with the Order of " St. St. Cyril and Methodius "with the necklace. He died in Sofia on 1 April 2011 after a serious illness, aged 82.

Manuel Sathyaneshan Nadar commonly known by his stage name Sathyan, was an Indian film actor known for his work in Malayalam cinema.Widely considered as one of the greatest actors in India,He is also regarded as the toughest actor in the Malayalam film industry personally and professionally, and respectfully called as 'Sathyan Master' by everyone. Sathyan was born to a Roman Catholic family in Thrikkannapuram , Nagercoil in Southern Travancore on 9 November 1912 as the second child of Cheruvilakathu Veettil Manuel and Emily. He has five siblings named Late Kunjamma, Chellayya, Neshan, Devadas and Jacob.Sathyan passed the Vidwan exam, equivalent to Master of Arts before joining Saint Joseph's School, Trivandrum as a teacher. After some time, he got job as a clerk in the Kerala Secretariat and worked there for about a year. He joined the army in 1941 and got posted as a Commissioned Officer of the Viceroy of India. He served the British army in Manipur, Burma (now Myanmar) and British Malaya (now Malaysia) during theWorld War II period. After finishing his term in the army, he returned home and joined the then Travancore State Police as a police inspector. During the communist riots in 1947–1948, Sathyan was the inspector at Alappuzha North Police Station.

Michael Creighton Balfour (11 February 1918 – 24 October 1997) was an English actor, working mainly in British films and TV, following his TV debut in the BBC's The Marvellous History of St Bernard, in 1938. He was a recognisable face, often in small character parts and supporting roles, in nearly two hundred films and TV shows, from the 1940s to the 1990s, often playing comical heavies or otherwise shady characters notable for their "loud" clothes, sometimes convincingly cast as an American. He worked for a roll call of film directors, including Tony Richardson, Pete Walker, Billy Wilder, Lewis Gilbert, Roman Polanski, Leslie Norman, Tim Burton, John Frankenheimer, François Truffaut, John Gilling, Stanley Donen, Ken Annakin, Cavalcanti, Lance Comfort, Terence Young, Gerald Thomas, Pasolini, John Paddy Carstairs, Terence Fisher, Val Guest, Frank Launder, John Huston, Basil Dearden and Howard Hawks. Balfour had parts in many popular TV shows of the era including Educated Evans, Mess Mates, Danger Man, The Avengers, Hancock's Half Hour, Dixon of Dock Green, Rogue's Gallery, Z-Cars, The Onedin Line, and the detective drama The Vise, playing Saber's assistant Barney O'Keefe. Balfour was also known as the passenger in a Jaguar XK120 car driven by actor Bonar Colleano when it crashed, killing Colleano. Balfour's injuries required him to have 98 stitches, but he was released from hospital in time to attend Colleano's funeral. As his screen career began to slow down in the late 1970s, Michael Balfour went on tour with European circuses, as a clown. He founded Circus Hazzard, and created his own clown character. His son later became a circus manager. As well as performing, Balfour was a dedicated painter and sculptor, and in later years turned increasingly to sculpture and the arts, even running his own gallery for a while.
