Patricia Lam Fung
Biography
Lam joined Shaw brothers in 1957 and became famous with the film The Country Girl. In the space of two years she became a super star and Shaw Brothers publications often called her The Pride of Shaw Brothers. The company also set up a fan club for her and it was said that up to thirty thousand people joined the club. Starting from 1958, Wah Kiu Man Po, a local Evening newspaper held a contest called Best Ten Stars Award. Lam was elected Best Star for nine years running. Altogether she made 30 films for Shaw Brothers, amongst which are Sweet Girl in Terror, Glass Slippers, The Merdeka Bridge, When Durians Bloom, The Legend of Lee Heung Kwan and so on. She later made over one hundred movies as a freelance actress. They include Beauty in a Fallen City, Double Date,Temporary Couple, Buddha's Palm, Two City Girls and Queen of the Market Place. Lam married and retired in 1967. In 1976 she took her own life.

Beyond content creation, Chris founded Hunting Trips Australia, an online directory connecting hunters worldwide with Australian guides, educators, and property owners. From chasing Sambar deer in the Victorian High Country to mountain goat hunting in New South Wales, the platform gives hunters access to some of Australia’s best hunting experiences.
Chris also launched the Australian Hunters Club, a modern and inclusive hunting community that empowers members to organize events, connect with others, and take charge of their own hunting journeys. The club offers monthly guided hunt giveaways and high-quality gear prizes, making ethical hunting both accessible and rewarding.
Through his work, Chris has built a national network that brings hunters together, fosters learning, and promotes respect for the outdoors. He continues to inspire Australians to embrace adventure, sustainability, and the joy of wild food.

Philip Dunne
Biography
Philip Ives Dunne (February 11, 1908 – June 2, 1992) was an American screenwriter, film director and producer, who worked prolifically from 1932 until 1965. He spent the majority of his career at 20th Century Fox. He crafted well regarded romantic and historical dramas, usually adapted from another medium. Dunne was a leading Screen Writers Guild organizer and was politically active during the "Hollywood Blacklist" episode of the 1940s–1950s. He is best known for the films How Green Was My Valley (1941), The Ghost and Mrs. Muir (1947), The Robe (1953) and The Agony and the Ecstasy (1965).[1]
Dunne received two Academy Award nominations for screenwriting: How Green Was My Valley (1941) and David and Bathsheba (1951). He also received a Golden Globe nomination for his 1965 screen adaptation of Irving Stone's novel The Agony and the Ecstasy, as well as several peer awards from the Writers Guild of America (WGA), including the Laurel Award for Screenwriting Achievement.
Many notable directors worked with Dunne's screenplays, including Carol Reed, John Ford, Jacques Tourneur, Elia Kazan, Otto Preminger, Joseph L. Mankiewicz, and Michael Curtiz, among others.

Mckenna Bridger is an American actress from Redondo Beach, California. She is known for her work across film, television, and digital productions, including Disclosure Day (2026), Three Months to Break Your Heart (2025), and Nightmare (2026).
Bridger began her professional acting career in the mid-2020s and has since appeared in a range of film, television, and digital productions. Her early screen work includes an appearance in The Umbrella Academy (2019), in which she portrayed the minor role of Holly, followed by a role in the television mini-series Dominated by My Father's Killer (2025). She appeared in Marvel's Thunderbolts* (2025) portraying the role of Young Widow. Gilliam Chynna Phillips (born February 12, 1968) is an American singer and actress, known for being a member of Wilson Phillips and for being the daughter of The Mamas & the Papas' band members John and Michelle Phillips and the half-sister of actress Mackenzie Phillips, Bijou Phillips, Jeffrey Phillips, Tamerlane Phillips, and Austin Hines.
Phillips began her career in acting. She appeared in films such as 1987's Some Kind of Wonderful, 1988's Caddyshack II, 1989's Say Anything and as the title character Roxanne Pulitzer in the 1989 television biopic Roxanne: The Prize Pulitzer.
In 1995, she returned to acting appearing as Kim MacAfee in the television movie Bye Bye Birdie. In 2004, she voiced the character of Kitty along with her husband William Baldwin as Johnny 13 in Danny Phantom.

Louise Beavers

Louise Beavers (March 8, 1902 – October 26, 1962) was an American film and television actress. Beavers appeared in dozens of films and two hit television shows from the 1920s until 1960, most often cast in the role of a maid, servant, or slave. She was a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, and a member of Sigma Gamma Rho sorority, one of the four African-American sororities.
Beavers was a breakthrough actress for black women and became known as a symbol of a "mammy" on the screen. A mammy archetype "is the portrayal within a narrative framework or other imagery of a black domestic servant, generally good-natured, often overweight, and loud".
Louise Beavers started her career in the 1920s. At the time, black people in films were limited to acting in only very few roles, usually as slaves or domestic help. She played the "mammy" in many of the movies she acted in. She started to gain more attention in the acting world after she played the role of Julia in Coquette, which starred Mary Pickford. In this film she played the black maid and mother figure to a young white woman.
She once received a review which stated: "Personally, Miss Beavers is just splendid, just as fine as she appears on screen, but she also has a charm all her own, which needs no screen role for recognition. She has a very pleasing personality, one that draws people to her instantly and makes them feel that they are meeting a friend instead of a Hollywood Star."
Beavers had an attractive personality, and often played roles in which she helps a white protagonist mature in the course of the movie.
In 1934, Beavers played Delilah in Imitation of Life in a dramatic role. Her character again plays a black maid, but instead of the usual stereotypical comedic or purely functional role, Delilah's story line is a secondary parallel plot. The public reacted positively to Beavers' performance. It was not only a breakthrough for Beavers, but was also "the first time in American cinema history that a black woman's problems were given major emotional weight in a major Hollywood motion picture". Some in the media recognized the unfairness of Hollywood's double standard regarding race. For example, California Graphic Magazine wrote, "the Academy could not recognize Miss Beavers. She is black!"
As Beavers' career grew, some criticized her for the roles she accepted, alleging that such roles institutionalized the view that blacks were subservient to whites. Beavers dismissed the criticism. She acknowledged the limited opportunities available, but said: "I am only playing the parts. I don't live them." As she became more famous, Beavers began to speak against Hollywood's portrayal and treatment of black Americans, both during production and after promoting the films. Beavers became active in public life, seeking to help support African Americans.
In later life, Beavers was plagued by health issues, including diabetes. She died on October 26, 1962, at the age of 60, following a heart attack.
Beavers was inducted into the Black Filmmakers Hall of Fame in 1976.

Jeffrey Tambor

Jeffrey Michael Tambor (born July 8, 1944) is an American actor and comedian. He is known for his television roles such as Jeffrey Brooks, the uptight neighbor of Stanley and Helen Roper in the TV sitcom The Ropers (1979–1980), as Hank Kingsley on The Larry Sanders Show (1992–1998), George Bluth Sr. and Oscar Bluth on Arrested Development (2003–2006, 2013, 2018–2019) and Maura Pfefferman on Transparent (2014–2017). For his role in the latter, Tambor earned two Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series out of three nominations. In 2015, he was also awarded a Golden Globe for his portrayal of Pfefferman.
His film roles include Jay Porter in ...And Justice for All (1979), Jinx Latham in Mr. Mom (1983), Sully in There's Something About Mary (1998), Mayor Augustus Maywho in How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000), Tom Manning in Hellboy (2004) and its sequel Hellboy II: The Golden Army (2008), Sid Garner in The Hangover trilogy (2009–2013), Francis Silverberg in The Accountant (2016), and Georgy Malenkov in The Death of Stalin (2017).
Tambor has done voice acting for The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie (2004), Monsters vs. Aliens (2009), Tangled (2010), and Trolls (2016). For his voice role in The Lionhearts (1998), he was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award. From 2002 to 2003, he was an announcer for Hollywood Squares.

Richard Sandling is a British comedian, film reviewer, presenter, writer, director, actor and musician from South Benfleet. He won So You Think You're Funny in 2007. Sandling has said that he sought a career in comedy, and has performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe a number of times, both as a solo act and as part of duo with Stuart Goldsmith. He is also the alter ego of Spak Whitman and has performed comedy all over the UK as well as America and Canada
Sandling runs Perfect Movie in London, a stand up and sketch comedy night all about films featuring recreations of top comedians. He also occasionally runs the Squat Betty comedy night in Southend.

Janusz Gajos (Polish pronunciation: [ˈjanuʂ ˈɡajɔs]; born 23 September 1939) is a Polish film, television and theatre actor as well as pedagogue and photographer. Professor of Theatre Arts and an Honorary Doctor of the National Film School in Łódź, he is considered one of the greatest Polish actors.
He is the recipient of numerous awards and honours including the Gold Cross of Merit (1974),[3] Gloria Artis Medal for Merit to Culture (2007), five Polish Film Awards (2001, 2007, 2016, 2016, 2019), Commander's Cross with Star of the Order of Polonia Restituta (2011), and Diamond Lions Award at the Gdynia Film Festival (2015).
