Penelope Windust

Biography

Penelope Marjorie Windust (July 13, 1945 - February 2, 2022) was an American television, film, and stage actress. She was known for her role as Kathleen Maxwell in the 1983 miniseries V. Windust began her career on Broadway, appearing in a 1967 production of Spofford with Melvyn Douglas, and in 1972 production of Elizabeth I. Windust has starred in many television movies. Her best-known film roles were in the movies Ghost Town and Bird in 1988. Her final movie appearance was You Don't Mess with the Zohan in 2008. She made many guest appearances on television, including Hawaii Five-O, The Six Million Dollar Man, Falcon Crest, Dallas, Matlock, Criminal Minds, ER, Third Watch and Boston Legal. She died on February 2, 2022, at the age of 76.

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 - October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. On October 31, 2020, it was announced that Connery had died at the age of 90.

He is known for portraying Pennywise in the horror films It (2017) and It Chapter Two (2019), along with the 2025 prequel series It: Welcome to Derry. Other horror appearances were in the series Hemlock Grove (2013–2015) and Castle Rock (2018–2019) and the films Barbarian (2022) and Nosferatu (2024). Elango Kumaravel is an Indian actor and script writer. He is also a co-founder of the Chennai based theatre group "Magic Lantern". He is an alumnus of Pondicherry University's Sankaradas Swamigal School of Performing Arts and the Chennai based theatre workshop koothuppattarai. He has also worked as a casting assistant for the 2007 film Loins of Punjab Presents and wrote the script for the 2008 film Kattradhu Kalavu. He was involved in the production of "Ey Aa O!" a musical fusion work of collaboration between Indian folk and classical musicians.

Eric Aaron Bischoff is an American entrepreneur, television producer, professional wrestling booker, on-screen personality and occasional wrestler. He is best known for serving as Executive Producer and later President ofWorld Championship Wrestling (WCW) and later, the General Manager of World Wrestling Entertainment's Raw brand. Bischoff is currently signed to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) where he serves as Executive Producer of Impact Wrestling. With an amateur background in taekwondo, Bischoff also sporadically performed as an in-ring competitor, and is a former WCW Hardcore Champion.[2] He wrote an autobiography, titled Controversy Creates Cash, that was released in 2006 under WWE Books.

Hazel Pascual Reyes (born on May 9, 1979 in Manila, Philippines), better known by her screen name, Ara Mina, is a Filipina actress, fashion model and singer. She won the Golden Screen Award in 2004 for Best Actress in a drama in the Philippines for her role as Luna in Minsan Pa. Phạm Bằng

Biography

Phạm Bằng (1931 – 2016), full name Phạm Văn Bằng, is a Vietnamese comedian. He is famous for his many comedic roles in VTV3's "Weekend Meetup" series (Gặp nhau cuối tuần, 2006-2010) and the Tet comedy series "Buried Words" (Chôn nhời). Starting his career in theater without a background, Phạm Bằng chose not to attend the University of Theater and Performing Arts of Hanoi (despite being accepted) due to financial difficulties. He instead joined the Hanoi Troupe, which specialize in various forms of performance including music, dance, circus, and drama. In 1964, director Nguyễn Đình Nghi invited Phạm Bằng to participate in plays. He first became famous for playing villains. After that, director Trần Hoạt started to produce a few comedies, and Phạm Bằng began participating in them also. From the end of 1974 till the beginning of 1975, he was transferred to the Central Theater Troupe and from then gained gradual recognition as a comedian. He then began instructing younger generations of actors, and eventually achieved nationwide popularity with his parts in "Gặp nhau cuối tuần", constantly performing between 2006 and 2010. His bald head was also an iconic signifier. Fans also remember Phạm Bằng for his Chinese floating rice cakes' shop at 30 Hàng Giày, Hanoi. The shop was temporarily closed in around 2012-2013 when the actor became ill. On November 28, 2017, after 5 years of closing, the shop was reopened by his youngest son.
