Biography

Tamara S. Hall is an LA-based actress, screenwriter, poet, and award-winning filmmaker from Philadelphia, PA. A graduate of The William Esper Studio, Tamara completed her studies in acting, movement, and voice & speech. She's written, produced, and starred in short films tackling both fun and controversial topics that center Black women. Her first two shorts, "Appetizer" and "A Night at the Table," premiered at prestigious festivals such as Screamfest, BronzeLens, Pan African FF, Ax Wound, and more during the 2019-2020 film festival circuit. ANATT won a first place 3-year distribution deal with REVOLT TV. Her most recent short horror-drama screenplay, "Black Butterflies," placed as an Award Winner for 13horror.com, a Finalist in the 2021 Nashville Film Festival Screenwriting Competition and a Quarterfinalist in the 2021 PAGE International Screenwriting Awards. Her feature-length script she co-wrote, "Nightmares Are Dreams Too," placed as a Quarterfinalist in the 2021 Atlanta Film Festival Screenplay Competition and the 2020 ScreenCraft Horror Screenplay Competition. Before becoming a filmmaker, Tamara worked in the TV business at renowned networks such as NBCUniversal, BET, and HBO. Also a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Tamara wrote, produced, and directed a number of award-winning shows and performances throughout her tenure as a student, such as "Behind Their Lips," a monologue show created to raise domestic violence awareness and "Till Life Do Us Part," a spoken word monologue tribute to the late Trayvon Martin. Tamara considers herself an "activist through art," noting her affinity for creating unique and nuanced stories for the purposes of bringing awareness to important social and cultural issues not normally explored. She seeks to be a vessel for stories that uplift and entertain. She can be found inhaling the fragrances of the world whenever she's not working.

Jake LaMotta had one of the best chins in boxing history. In over 110 fights against the greatest middleweights in history, LaMotta was only knocked to the canvas once in his entire 14 year career. Jochen Schropp

Biography

Bereits im Alter von 15 Jahren machte der in Langgöns bei Gießen aufgewachsene Schropp seine ersten Erfahrungen im Rahmen eines Schülerpraktikums bei der Kindernachrichtensendung logo! des ZDF. Nach seinem High-School-Jahr in Visalia, Kalifornien, wo Schropp erste Schauspielerfahrungen sammelte, spielte er am amerikanischen Theater in Gießen. Nach einem Musical-Workshop in Hamburg studierte er an Paul McCartneys Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA). Im Jahr 2000 moderiert er für den Sender RTL II die Love Parade. Nebenbei arbeitet er auch als Kleindarsteller, Komparse und in der Werbung. Seine erste größere Rolle erhielt er in der Vorabendserie Sternenfänger, in der er zusammen mit Nora Tschirner, Oliver Pocher und Florentine Lahme spielte. Schropp nimmt an Drehbuchlesungen teil, arbeitet als Sprecher und Moderator, etwa beim Filmfestival Max-Ophüls-Preis in Saarbrücken oder als Moderator der Verleihung des Kurzfilmbären auf der Berlinale. Tuomas Holopainen

Tuomas Lauri Johannes Holopainen is a Finnish songwriter, multi-instrumentalist musician, screenwriter and record producer, best known as the founder, leader, keyboardist and songwriter of symphonic metal band Nightwish. He has also studied jazz and classical styles, but prefers to be influenced by harmonic film music. He has also played in the bands Nattvindens Gråt and Darkwoods My Betrothed. His current side projects are the gothic metal band For My Pain... and the band of Timo Rautiainen. Holopainen has written several songs that have been included in movie soundtracks, including recent collaboration with Nightwish bass player, and male vocalist Marco Hietala on "While Your Lips Are Still Red", for the Finnish film Lieksa! in 2007. He also co-wrote Nightwish's own film, Imaginaerum, released in November 2012.
