Biography

Charles Patrick Ryan O'Neal (April 20, 1941 – December 8, 2023) was an American actor and former boxer. O'Neal trained as an amateur boxer before beginning his career in acting in 1960. In 1964, he landed the role of Rodney Harrington on the ABC nighttime soap opera Peyton Place. The series was an instant hit and boosted O'Neal's career. He later found success in films, most notably Love Story (1970), for which he received Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations as Best Actor, Peter Bogdanovich's What's Up, Doc? (1972) and Paper Moon (1973), Stanley Kubrick's Barry Lyndon (1975), Richard Attenborough's A Bridge Too Far (1977), and Walter Hill's The Driver (1978). From 2005 to 2017, he had a recurring role in the Fox TV series Bones as Max, the father of the show's protagonist.

Shari Noioso

Biography

Noioso was born in Monfalcone, and then grew up in Udine. She showed an immediate interest in music at the age of 10, starting to study singing and piano at The Groove Factory Academy. In 2015, she took part in the second edition of Italian talent show Tú sí que vales on Canale 5 and, after successfully making it through the initial stages, performed during the final without making the podium. After the talent show experience, Shari obtained a recording contract with the label Warner Music, with whom he released covers of "Imagine" and "The Sound of Silence" and the debut single "Don't You Run". In 2016, Shari was a support artist for Il Volo during the L'amore si muove Tour. In 2019, she collaborated with the duo Benji & Fede on the single "Sale", which was certified gold with over 35 000 units sold in Italy. In the same year, she was confirmed among the twenty semi-finalists at Sanremo Giovani 2019, but failed to obtain a pass to enter the Sanremo Music Festival 2020. In 2021, she collaborated with rapper Salmo on the single "L'angelo caduto", taken from the latter's studio album FLOP, which was also certified gold for its sales of over 35 000 units. In July 2022, after obtainig a contract with Columbia Records, she released her debut EP Fake Music, which deviated from her previous works by being influenced by genres such as black music and soul. In November of the same year, Noioso was one of 12 acts selected to compete in Sanremo Giovani, a televised competition aimed at selecting six newcomers as contestants of the 73rd Sanremo Music Festival. Shari manage to qualify in the top six, with her entry "Sotto voce", by rightfully accessing the festival in the Campioni category. John Saxon

Biography

John Saxon (born Carmine Orrico; August 5, 1935 – July 25, 2020) was an American actor and martial artist who worked on more than 200 projects during a span of 60 years. Saxon is known for his work in Westerns and horror movies, often playing police officers and detectives. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Saxon studied acting with Stella Adler before beginning his career as a contract actor for Universal Pictures, playing in such movies as Rock, Pretty Baby (1956) and Portrait in Black (1961). During the 1970s and 1980s, he established himself as a character actor, frequently portraying law enforcement officials in horror movies such as Black Christmas (1974), Dario Argento's Tenebrae (1982), and A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984). In addition to his roles in horror movies, Saxon co-starred with Bruce Lee in the martial arts movie Enter the Dragon (1973), and has supporting roles in the westerns Death of a Gunfighter (1969) and Joe Kidd (1972), as well as the adventure thriller Raid on Entebbe (1977). In the 1990s, Saxon occasionally appeared in movies, with small roles in Wes Craven's New Nightmare (1994) and From Dusk till Dawn (1996). Saxon died of pneumonia in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, on July 25, 2020.

OLGA BEZSMERTNA completed her studies at the Kiev Academy of Music in Ukraine in 2010. She was among the finalists of the Hans Gabor Belvedere Singing Competition in Vienna in 2010 and 2011. During her debut singing competition in Germany in 2008, she was awarded the first prize as well as the Public prize and the Puccini Prize. In 2007 she had an engagement at the Oper Oder-Spree Festival. In 2006, she received an award at the International Rimsky-Korsakow Singing Competition in St. Petersburg. Furthermore, the soprano received the first prize at the international singing competition of the Bertelsmann Trust. In 2011, she took part in the Young Singers Projects at the Salzburger Festspiele. Her repertoire includes, among others, Contessa d’Almaviva, Pamina, Donna Elvira, Fiordiligi, Micaëla, Marguerite, Nedda, Marfa (Die Zarenbraut) and Tatjana. She is an emsemble member of the Wiener Staatsoper, where she gave her debut in 2012 and sang among others: Dame (Cardillac), Pamina, 3. Norn, Rusalka, Rachel, Contessa d’Almaviva, Donna Elvira  and Rosalinde. René-Daniel Dubois

René-Daniel Dubois (20 juillet 1955 à Montréal - ) est un acteur, scénariste et dramaturgequébécois. Il est aussi un pamphlétaire sur différents sujets touchant la société québécoise. Après ses études à l’École nationale de théâtre du Canada, René-Daniel Dubois fonde la compagnie de théâtre La Gougoune de fantex et crée les pièces Panique à Longueuil et Adieu Docteur Münch dans les années 1980. René-Daniel Dubois a écrit aussi bien pour le théâtre que pour le cinéma, la télévision et la radio. Ses textes les plus connus demeurent tout de même ses pièces de théâtre, traduites en plusieurs langues et jouées autant au Québec qu’au Canada anglais, aux États-Unis, en Amérique du Sud, en Europe et en Australie. Parmi celles-ci, Ne blâmez jamais les bédouins s’est méritée le Prix du Gouverneur général du Canada en 1984 alors que Being at Home with Claude a été adaptée au cinéma en 1992. En 2000, il joue dans la minisérie Le Canada: Une histoire populaire. Il est controversé en raison de ses déclarations. Ses réflexions sur l'histoire du Québec vont notamment à contre-courant de l'interprétation nationaliste québécoise dominante (voir son dernier livre "Post-Scriptum à Un sur mille", lancé le 17 décembre 2007 à Montréal.). Ce livre faisait suite à un film documentaire, "Un sur mille", qui lui a été consacré en 2005 par le documentariste Jean-Claude Coulbois. De plus, en 2006, René-Daniel Dubois publie "Entretiens", un recueil de réflexions (éditions Leméac). En 2009, il donne suite à ces Entretiens en publiant, chez Leméac, Morceaux. Entretiens sur l’écho du monde, l’imaginaire et l’écriture (juillet 2005-janvier 2006). Le fonds d'archives de René-Daniel Dubois est conservé au centre d'archives de Montréal deBibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec.
