Inde Est is the title of the artistic contribution presented by cinema critic and situationist theorist Enrico Ghezzi at the ancient Church of San Ludovico in Venice for the third Internet Pavilion: The Unconnected (2013). Inspired by the Latin phrase fugit hora, hoc quod loquor inde est [time flees, and what I am saying already belongs to it] from Persius’s fifth Satire, Ghezzi’s durational performance consisted in a 8-hour mute speech that evoked the out-of-sync effect typical of his monologues for Fuori Orario [after hours], a radical overnight broadcast on avant-garde cinema airing on the Italian national TV since 1988. Miltos Manetas celebrates this cult figure of Italian television, filming him within the space of the Internet Pavilion. His portrait takes the form of a BlackBerry Painting, a simultaneous act of recording and painting that has accompanied Manetas’s practice since his early use of smartphones.

The dentist Oscar has been married for five years and lives with his wife and adopted children. On the surface everything seems to be fine but Oscar is not a happy man. His wants a baby of his own flesh and blood but it's not working out. When he finds out that his wife has been deceiving him all these years he decides it's time for a change. For the last couple of months Einar has been living at a hotel waiting for his wife to realize the terrible mistake she made by throwing him out. Katrin Rose returns from Sweden where she has lived for eight years. In Iceland Katrin has an eleven-year-old son, brought up by his grandmother and now Katrin wants him back. Katrin gets a job as a dentist's assistant intending to make a fresh start but her troubled past catches up with her.

Overhead, The Albatross are a six piece instrumental outfit from Dublin.Known for their intricate yet powerful melodies and energetic stage presence, their sound combines a multitude of instruments which go beyond the normal boundaries of “post-rock” and delve into the realm of the cinematic. Layered strings, electronics and spacious synths combined with soaring guitars and powerful drums are used to create their unique sound. O,TA’s music journeys from delicate intimacy to epic triumphancy, touching everything in between. A much awaited debut album 'Learning To Growl' was released earlier this year with the group translating their explosive live sound into an album which sounds assured and dynamic throughout.

Brothers Colin and Ewan McGregor follow up their documentary The Battle of Britain with a film exploring Bomber Command, a rarely told story from the Second World War. The film focuses primarily on the men who fought and died in the skies above occupied Europe, with numerous examples of individual heroism and extraordinary collective spirit, and Colin learns to fly the key aircraft of the campaign: the Lancaster bomber. But this is also the story of a controversy that has lasted almost 70 years. The program covers six years of wartime operations, and traces the obstacles and challenges that were overcome as the RAF developed and deployed the awesome fighting force that was Bomber Command.

The film is a remake of the 1986 Tamil film Amman Kovil Kizhakale. The plot centers on a harmonium player and a rich man's daughter who fall in love, get married, and then have to fight to prove his innocence when her father frames him for murder.
