Sanjeev Kumar
Biography
Sanjeev Kumar, born Harihar Jethalal Jariwala and fondly known as Haribhai, was born in Surat, Gujarat, into a traditional Gujarati family. In childhood, his family moved to Mumbai, where his passion for cinema blossomed. He enrolled in a reputed film institute, which marked the beginning of his journey in Indian cinema. Gifted with immense talent, he rose to become one of the most versatile and respected actors in the industry.
He had a sister and two younger brothers and was fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Sanjeev began his career on stage with IPTA and the Indian National Theatre. Even at 22, he impressed audiences by portraying elderly characters, such as in All My Sons and Damru, directed by A.K. Hangal.
He made his screen debut with a small role in Hum Hindustani (1960) and got his first lead in Nishan (1965). He acted in Gujarati films Kalapi (1966) and Mare Javun Pele Par (1968). His breakthrough came with Khilona (1970), a Hindi remake of the latter. He starred in notable films like Sangharsh (1968), Sachaai (1969), and even in an Indo-Iranian film in 1972.
Sanjeev Kumar won the National Film Award for Best Actor twice for Dastak (1971) and Koshish (1973). He also won Filmfare Awards for Shikar (1969), Sholay (1975), Aandhi ,(1976) and Arjun Pandit (1977), Trishul (1979), Angoor and Vidhaata(1983)cementing his legacy as one of Indian cinema's greatest performers.
As part of his government recognition, several honours have been bestowed upon Sanjeev Kumar in his hometown of Surat. A prominent road named Sanjeev Kumar Marg stands as a lasting tribute, inaugurated by veteran actor Sunil Dutt. Additionally, a school bearing his name was opened by the then Mayor, Kadir K. Pirzada. On a national level, India Post released a commemorative postage stamp in his honour on 3 May 2013, marking his immense contribution to Indian cinema. One of the most notable tributes is the Sanjeev Kumar Auditorium, a state-of-the-art facility built by the Surat Municipal Corporation at a cost of ₹108 crore. This cultural landmark was inaugurated on 14 February 2014 by the then Chief Minister of Gujarat, Narendra Modi (now India’s Prime Minister). Sanjeev Kumar Udhyan in Mota Varachha was officially inaugurated by the Surat Municipal Corporation on 5 June 2018.

Siina Üksküla (until 1959 Zinaida Ignatenko; born June 16, 1938 in the village of Luiskovitsõ (Finnish: Luiskenitsa) in Jelizavetino village council, Krasnogvardeisk district, Leningrad region) is an Estonian actress.
She studied at the Viljandi Pioneers House ballet circle, graduated from Viljandi High School for Young Workers in 1957, and from the first year of the Performing Arts Department of the Tallinn State Conservatory in 1961.
She worked at the Rakvere Theater from 1961 to 1967 and at the Endla Theater from 1967 to 2000. Member of the Estonian Theater Association (1963) and honorary member of the Estonian Actors' Union.

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer. He won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000).
Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama.
On October 31, 2020, Connery died at the age of 90.

Dominique Ariane Swain (born August 12, 1980) is an American actress. She is best known for her roles as the title character in the 1997 film adaptation of Vladimir Nabokov's novel Lolita, and as Jamie Archer in the film Face/Off.
Swain started her career in Hollywood as a stunt double; she appeared as the double for Macaulay Culkin's younger sister Quinn in Joseph Ruben's The Good Son (1993). Charle sometimes credited as Charlie (born Manohar Velmurugan Thangasamy; born 6 March 1960) is an Indian actor who has acted in more than 550 Tamil films as a comedian and supporting actor.
He completed his undergraduate degree in chemistry from G. V. N. College in Kovilpatti, Tamil Nadu. Even during those days when he was at college, he was known for his histrionics, and had the uncanny ability to imitate Tamil actors like Sivaji Ganeshan, Muthuraman, and Nagesh. He was an avid entertainer, and a popular stage artist, while at this college.
He started his career as a Staff Artist – Actor in Song & Drama Division of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and moved on to perform more than 1000 dramas in Six years. He was named as Charle and introduced in the film "Poikal Kuthirai" in the year 1982 by the eminent director Padma Sri Dr.K.Balachandar. He has proved as a versatile actor in comedy as well as character roles in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films; he has dubbed his own voice in his role in Malayalam film "Hijack". He has more than 550 films to his credit and has played a vital role in many films, including films produced by National Film Development Corporation of India. He is highly talented in miming, mono acting and anchoring in stage shows and he has performed in various countries.
He holds a Master of Arts degree from Madurai Kamaraj University and Master of Philosophy degree from Karaikudi Alagappa University. He submitted his dissertation for M.Phil in the title, "Contributions of Comedians in the growth of Tamil cinema – 1937 to 1967".

Filmmaker Aron Gaudet made his feature directorial debut with the award-winning documentary, The Way We Get By -- a story about three senior citizens finding purpose in their life. The film had its world premiere at the South By Southwest Film Festival (SXSW) and won the Special Jury Award. The Way We Get By has won 16 festival awards to date, including the Audience Award at the Full Frame Film Festival, the Greg Gund Memorial Standing Up Film Award at the Cleveland International Film Festival, and Best Documentary at the Atlanta, Little Rock, Phoenix, Naples and Newport International Film Festival. The Way We Get By was released theatrically in July 2009, playing in over 60 cities across the U.S. The Way We Get By aired on the critically acclaimed PBS series, POV in November 2009 and will have an encore broadcast on August 3, 2010. Recently, AARP's "Movies For Grownups" Awards honored The Way We Get By as "Best Documentary" of 2009. One of the three individuals that The Way We Get By focused on was Joan Gaudet, Aron's mother. Aron was chosen as a 2007-08 WGBH Filmmaker in Residence. Suhasini Rajaram Naidu popularly known by her stage name Sneha, is an Indian film actress, who works in the South Indian film industry. She is best known for her girl-next-door demure looks and appearing in female-oriented films. She debuted in the Malayalam film Ingane Oru Nilapakshi (2000), directed by Anil – Babu and was later signed for the Tamil film Virumbugiren, though it was only released two years later. She started getting offers in Tamil and moved her focus to Kollywood, and the movie Ennavale, where she starred opposite R. Madhavan, was released first in the same year.
