Saryu Usui

Biography

Saryu Usui (卯水 咲流, Usui Saryū, December 25, 1985) is a Japanese AV actress, actress, model, and talent from Tokyo. She belongs to Diaz Group. Her former stage name was Ayano Moriyama (森山 綾乃, Moriyama Ayano). Her body measurements are 84-59-87 cm (33-23-34 in) (C cup) and her height is 1.67 m. Her hobbies are reading and watching movies, and her special skills are flower arranging and playing musical instruments (trumpet). In 2006, she won the Clarion Girl Performance Prize under the name Ayano Moriyama. She was affiliated with Oscar Promotion. When she co-starred with Rin Sakuragi in the drama "Jōō" (嬢王) in 2009, she came into contact with the AV industry, which she had always been interested in. On October 16, 2012, she adopted the stage name Saryu Usui and published a gravure photo book in the October 30 issue of Flash. On December 25 of the same year, she appeared nude in the January 25 issue of Weekly Taishu Venus. On February 1, 2013, she made her AV debut with "Souken Bijin" released by MUTEKI. Since June 2013, she has published works with Idea Pocket, and since September 2014 with Attackers. Although for a time she was exclusive to both labels, since the second half of 2015 she has appeared in works for various labels.

Charlie Drake

Biography

Charlie Drake, was an English comedian, actor, writer and singer best known for his catchphrase "Hello. My darlings!". With his small stature (5 ft 1 in or 155 cm tall), curly red hair and liking for slapstick, he was a popular comedian with children in his early years, performing with Jack Edwardes in the double act Mick and Montmorency on children's TV. He subsequently made the break into primetime TV and critical and commercial acclaim with his solo show Drake's Progress (1955-1957). He was best known for his series The Worker (1965–70) in which he played a perpetually unemployed labourer who, in every episode, was dispatched to a new job by the ever-frustrated clerk at the local labour exchange. In the sixties, Drake made the transition to cinema, making several comedy films. By the 1980s, Drake reinvented himself as a straight actor, including a memorable performance as Smallweed in the 1985 BBC adaptation of Bleak House and playing Nagg in Samuel Beckett's Endgame in 1989. He suffered a series of strokes in 1995 and retired, passing away in 2006 at the age of 81.

Colin Clive

Biography

Colin Clive (January 20 1900 - June 25, 1937) was a French-born British actor known for playing tumultuous characters which often mirrored his personal life. He is most famous for his role as Dr. Henry Frankenstein in the 1931 film Frankenstein and its 1935 sequel, Bride of Frankenstein. Clive entered the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, making his debut in 1919 as 'Claude' in The Eclipse. After almost ten years of touring, he was chosen for the role of 'Stanhope' in the war play Journey's End, replacing Laurence Olivier who had another commitment. He died from complications of tuberculosis originating from his severe alcoholism at only the youthful age of 37.

François Bégaudeau

Biography

François Bégaudeau (born 27 April 1971) is a French writer, journalist, and actor. He is best known for co-writing and starring in Entre les murs (2008), a film based on his 2006 novel of the same name. The film won the Palme d'Or at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival and received an Academy Award nomination for Best Foreign Language Film in 2009. He was born in Luçon, Vendée, France and was a member of the 1990s punk rock group Zabriskie Point. After receiving his degree in Literature, he taught high school in Dreux and in an inner city middle school in Paris. Bégaudeau published his first novel, Jouer juste in 2003. In 2005, he published Dans la diagonale and Un démocrate, Mick Jagger 1960-1969, a fictionalized account of the life of Mick Jagger. In 2006, his third novel entitled Entre les murs earned him the Prix France Culture/Télérama. Bégaudeau works as a movie critic for the French version of Playboy, having previously worked for the Cahiers du cinéma. He was also a regular contributor for several French magazines, including Inculte, Transfuge and So Foot. Since 2006, he has been a columnist for La Matinale and Le Cercle on Canal+ television. He worked on the screenplay for Entre les murs (2008), a film based on his 2006 novel of the same name, in collaboration with the film's director Laurent Cantet. Bégaudeau also starred as the lead in the film, which went on to win the Palme d'Or at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival. The film also earned an Academy Award nomination for Best Foreign Language Film in 2009, though it ultimately lost to Japan's Departures. James L. Brooks

Biography

James Lawrence Brooks (born May 9, 1940) is an American director, producer, screenwriter and co-founder of Gracie Films. He co-created the sitcoms The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Taxi, and The Simpsons and directed the films Terms of Endearment (1983), Broadcast News (1987), and As Good as It Gets (1997). He received numerous accolades, including three Academy Awards, 22 Emmy Awards, and a Golden Globe Award. Brooks started his career as an usher at CBS, going on to write for the CBS News broadcasts. He moved to Los Angeles in 1965 to work on David L. Wolper's documentaries. He wrote for My Mother the Car and My Friend Tony and created the series Room 222. Grant Tinker hired Brooks and producer Allan Burns at MTM Productions to create The Mary Tyler Moore Show in 1970. Brooks and Burns then created two successful spin-offs from Mary Tyler Moore: Rhoda (a comedy) and Lou Grant (a drama). Brooks left MTM Productions in 1978 to co-create the sitcom Taxi (1978-1983). Brooks moved into feature film work when he wrote and co-produced the 1979 film Starting Over. His next project was the critically acclaimed film Terms of Endearment, which he produced, directed and wrote, winning an Academy Award for all three roles. He earned acclaim for his films Broadcast News (1987) and As Good as It Gets (1997). He received mixed reviews for  I'll Do Anything (1994), Spanglish (2004), and How Do You Know (2010). Brooks also produced Cameron Crowe's Say Anything... (1989) and Wes Anderson's Bottle Rocket (1996). In 1986, Brooks founded Gracie Films, a television and film company. Although he did not intend to do so, Brooks returned to television in 1987 as the producer of The Tracey Ullman Show. He hired cartoonist Matt Groening to create a series of shorts for the show, which led in 1989 to The Simpsons. The Simpsons won numerous awards and is still running after over 35 years. Brooks also co-produced and co-wrote the 2007 film adaptation of the show, The Simpsons Movie. Brooks has received 53 Emmy nominations, winning 21 of them. Ian MacDonald

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Ian MacDonald (born Ulva W. Pippy, June 28, 1914 – April 11, 1978) was an American actor and producer during the 1940s and 1950s. He is perhaps best known as villain Frank Miller in High Noon (1952). Military service MacDonald served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps during World War II. He entered on July 13, 1942, and was discharged on April 15, 1946, reaching the rank of captain. On June 17, 1967, in Santa Monica, California, MacDonald married Shirley Kannegaard, a nurse whom he met when he was a patient at Fort Harrison Veterans Hospital. They remained wed until his death. On April 11, 1978, MacDonald died at his home in Bozeman, Montana, at age 63. Ori Alfassi (born April 14, 2005) is a Canadian actor and filmmaker based in Toronto. His notable roles include Zack in season two of the hit-horror anthology series “Creepy Bits” streaming on Prime Video, the titular role in “Jesse” which played at film festivals including the Image Nation LGBTQ+ Montreal Film Festival, along with several short films. Dr. Jennifer Hooper is a materials scientist and Titanic expert featured in several historical documentaries. She earned her Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, focusing on historic materials and conducting research at the Smithsonian and the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
